Delmar portfolio company International Cybernetics Company (ICC) purchased Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), an infrastructure services company founded in 1987. IMS is a full-service surveying and consulting firm that provides pavement and sidewalk condition surveying and assessment services for city and county governments across the US. Utilizing its knowledgeable staff and state of the art data collection fleet, IMS provides clients with essential data and analysis to set budgets and plans for roads and sidewalks. Capabilities include laser-based pavement distress data collection and analysis roadway asset inventorying, LiDAR data collection, and structural surveying of pavement networks.
