Quality Underwriting Services
Delmar acquired Quality Underwriting Services (“QUS”), one of the largest paramedic services firms in Canada with a dozen offices across the country and two call centers.
During Delmar’s ownership, QUS conducted roughly 100,000 paramedical procedures annually. After a rapid restructuring process, our introduction of in-house routing software and other technology solutions allowed for substantial growth, while improving the quality of services that QUS provided to some of the largest life insurance customers in Canada.
The company was purchased by a subsidiary of one of North America’s largest laboratory companies, and its software is now deployed for the majority of paramedical consultations across Canada.
